Interlibrary Loan (ILL) If an item is not owned by Cook Memorial Public Library District, it may be possible to obtain the item from another library through interlibrary loan. Books published during the past six months and Audiovisual items (CDs and DVDs) released during the past year are not eligible for interlibrary loan borrowing. Interlibrary loan requests may be submitted in person, by telephone, email, or the Online Catalog (a form is available in My Account and when searching other libraries) by Cook Memorial cardholders only.
