It’s 2024 already! Do you have a reading resolution for this year?
If you’re interested in reading something new, come join our 2024 Adult Winter Reading Club, running from January 1 to March 31. Complete three reading challenges and receive a free book; you’ll also be placed into a drawing for an $100 Amazon gift card! You can record the books that you’ve read either online at cooklib.readsquared.com, or on one of our bona fide Adult Winter Reading Club bookmarks (available now at both library locations).
As a teaser, here’s the list of 2024 Adult Winter Reading Club challenges:
❄ Read a book that you wanted to read in 2023 but didn’t.
❄ Try a nonfiction book if you normally enjoy fiction, and vice versa.
❄ Read a book that one of our librarians recommended!
❄ Read a cookbook – tell us what recipe you made!
❄ Read a book whose author shares the first letter of your first name.
❄ Read a book with a single word title.
❄ Read one of our book club books!
❄ Read a book about an odyssey, a road trip or a long voyage.
