Available for use during Library hours.
Adult Study Rooms
- Aspen Drive Library: 6 study rooms | Cook Park Library: 6 study rooms
- Available to patrons 14 years of age and older.
- Book online or by calling the Library at 847-362-2330.
High School Study Room
- 1 High School Study Room is available at Cook Park Library. Students in grades 9-12 can reserve in person at the lower level information desk or by calling 847-362-2330 x1153.
Children’s Study Room
- 1 children’s study room is available at Cook Park Library.
- For patrons 11-14 years of age.
- Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Book by calling the Cook Park Children’s desk at 847-362-2330 x1304
Study Room Rules and Guidelines
- Reserve up to 1 week in advance for up to 2 hours a day.
- Due to high demand, your reservation may be canceled if you do not arrive or call within 15 minutes after your scheduled time.
Conference Room

- 1 room at Aspen Drive for groups of 5-10 people.
- Available to patrons 14 years of age or older.
- Reserve up to 1 week in advance for up to 2 hours a day.
- Due to high demand, your reservation may be canceled if you do not arrive or call within 15 minutes after your scheduled time.

Meeting Rooms
The meeting rooms at Aspen Drive Library and Cook Park Library are available for in-District groups engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual, civic, and other non-profit activities, when not being used by the Library or its affiliated organizations.
Meeting Room Capacity
- Aspen Drive Meeting Room – 80 people
- Cook Park Meeting Room – 56 people
Meeting Room Rules and Guidelines
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a Cook Memorial Public Library card in good standing.
- Reservations require a minimum of 1 week’s notice and can be reserved up to 3 months in advance.
