It’s back! This year’s book sale will be both familiar and different—it’s the same sale you know and love, but in a different location with a few new guidelines.

Member’s First Choice
Friday, May 13: Members only 1-2:30 p.m.
Join at the Book Sale entrance for $10 for the year or $50 for a lifetime membership.
Open to the Public
Friday, May 13: 3-5:30 p.m.
Saturday, May 14: 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Sunday, May 15 $5 Bag Sale: 1-4:30 p.m.
All the books that fit in the bag. We supply it, you fill it!
New Location
The sale will be held in the lower level of Aspen Drive Library—not normally open to the public! The sale is entered through the stairway at the northeast corner of the Children’s Department. Please follow directional signs. If required, patrons will be escorted down using the elevator. Short visits and masks are encouraged.
May 15 Bag Sale
Only the paper grocery bags with handles provided by the Friends can be used to get a bag of books for $5. Multiple bags of books may be purchased. Educators who teach at schools in the district may select books free of charge. Please bring your ID.
The Fine Print
Jobbers and scanners are permitted. No overnight holds. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards. Proceeds support the Cook Memorial Public Library District.
