Teen Tech Tutors (grades 9-12)

Are you good with technology and enjoy helping others? Volunteer for 1-on-1 tech help sessions at the Library. Volunteer work counts towards service hours. Applications are open until September 8.

Interested in helping out the Library behind the scenes? Volunteer to assist with local history services such as photocopying, data entry, and inventory. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Crafting Program Support

Interested in helping with creative programs? Volunteer to prep materials, set up and clean up spaces, and assist participants during library craft events. We are especially interested in volunteers who have experience using sewing machines. Due to an overwhelming response, we are currently unable to accept additional applications.

The Friends of the Cook Memorial Public Library District is a volunteer-based, not-for-profit organization that works to promote reading in general and the Cook Memorial Library in particular.
